When I arrived, the man working at the front desk claimed he couldn't find my reservation and didn't seem interested in looking it up. He still resisted checking me in even while he was on the phone with Expedia customer service who told him I had a reservation. Other issues include: -The heater in the room did not work. In Minnesota. In January. -The bathroom sink drained veeeeeerrrrrryyy slowly Overall, not a pleasant experience.

The room was very dirty! I used Clorox wipes on every surface I was going to touch! The toilet was not cleaned at all nor was the bathtub. The staff was very friendly and the bed was comfortable but the room itself was gross!

It was a very quiet hotel which was lovely. It was disgustingly dirty!

Stay away from this place. I had rented this for my friends who came from Arizona. I just needed a clean place for them to sleep. We would be out all day doing activities. The first room we checked into was on the first floor, we noticed the windows didnt lock. So we requested a different room. The second room my friends were transferred to had soaking wet carpet and smelled of mold. I picked them up outside and there were two male individuals shirtless staring us down (2 women, 1 male and a toddler). One circled our car while staring at us. Terrifying to say the least. They transferred to a third room where the bed was stained, and dust balls along the wall. When I picked them up in the morning, they had already checked out. They didn't feel safe and we had to find last minute arrangements. I wasn't able to get my refund back because we didn't give 24 hour notice for the second night. So I paid 180.00 for a one night stay, where my friends couldn't rest or feel safe. Do not stay here. Pay the extra $20 to stay across the street where its clean, safe and they have a pool.
