Totally recommend it!
Such a luxury to stay in this hotel! My room had views to the city and it was just magic. Really comfortable bed, every detail taken care of, really friendly and professional stuff and the location is just perfect and really easy to access from the Narita Airport with the Limousine bus.

gratitude for the stay
everything about service/location is great. room spacious with good layout. free phone service as perks for hotel guests. their shower area outside of tub is great but smells a little like fish tank after use (while steam is still locked in after bath).

Superb hotel in Shibuya!! Do not hesitate
Great hotel and great staff, nevertheless if you are in Tokyo on vacation plans Shibuya it’s not the best place to be. You should choose accomodation near Tokyo ststion instead (it’s very easy to take trains from there)

Perfect Oasis in Tokyo
Fantastic hotelbrightbinbthe middle of it all. From the moment we arrived, the top notch service was ever present. Example, one night I had trouble sleeping so I called housekeeping to see if they had a non-caffeinated tea. When they did not, I went downstairs and the nice person at the front desk immediately left her post on a mission to help me. She shortly returned after finding some mint and camomile teas on one of the executive floors. I cannot say enough about the flawless service we received. We stayed in more expensive hotels during our trip (including the Peninsula), but none outperformed the Cerulean. The view from our room was also pretty amazing (See photos)
