Not a good experience
We have stayed at this property several times in the past and had no problems. This time was different. This is an older property and is in need of repair but that's understandable. We were there for a local event and stayed at the motel for five nights at a grossly inflated price. During those five days/nights the room was made up only one time. There was only one light bulb in the fixtures when we checked in so had to go to the front desk and get bulbs. The first day the room was not made up I went to the desk and got fresh towels and reported the room was not cleaned. By the way, the towels have been used so much you can see thru them. The next day the same thing happened but kind of blew it off since they were quite busy. On the last day I talked to housekeeping, a supervisor, and went to the front desk an said I wanted the room made. Was assured the room would be cleaned. We got back to the motel and it had not been touched. In summary...the room was not clean to begin with, no light bulbs, one bar of soap, towels and washcloths are threadbare, bathroom door would not open all the way, killed bugs in the bathroom, bed was worn out, sheets should have been replaced in 2012, management not responsive, and the service sucked. Other than that we had a great time.

Unacceptable, the room smelled like urine and mold from water stains in the carpet. No tissue in the rest room.

Awful, do not stay here
This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was totally filthy. The bed was awful and the sheets were old, frayed, and stained. The shower head was at my chest, and I'm not a very tall person. The how and cold on the shower were reversed, and the the water was always too hot, nearly scalding. The plumbing fixtures were also all hanging loose from the wall. There was mold all over the shower. The other guests were all trashy. I think some of them were druggies and/or swingers. I would not leave children anywhere round these people. The breakfast was composed of cheap sugary store bought pastries. The coffee was awful too. The neighborhood also was rough. There was a dog barking all night long next door. And the maintenance men were creepy and staring at my girlfriend whenever we went outside. You'd be much better off going somewhere else.

Shabby and NOT Shiek
Let's face it Super 8's are not 5 star hotels. This is one of the shabbiest I have been to. We went on labor day weekend and most hotels were booked. For $113.00 a night plus tax this was a real ripoff
