Very Good8.0
Service
It was great other than the service at night. Had to wait 3 hrs for the staff to bring us a blanket.

Great place to stay in downtown Minneapolis
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even during a very busy time. Plus this place was close to good eating and new football stadium. The only concern was that the shower had a frosted glass wall which enabled the others in the room to see the shadow outline of the person showering! Overall through, I was very pleasantly pleased with my stay!

Love the hotel, but hotels.com was incorrect
We stayed in the historic section of the hotel - which was beautiful and nicely restored. Fair warning. We booked the hotel through hotels.com. The site allowed us to book with a plan of 2 adults and 3 kids in the room (2 queens and a roll away). However, Minneapolis fire code doesn't allow any hotel to have a roll away if there are two beds in the room already. So, in our case, that puts one person on the floor. The hotel figured out the issue at check in and helped us find a solve with a different type of room. But this should be fixed on hotels.com - as it applies to any hotel in the city. Since it specifically asks - how many adults and children - and it listed a rollaway as an option for the room type that we had - there is a need for updating their information.
