Very well kept, tidy room.
Very well kept, tidy room. The bathroom could be a bit cleaner, but no leaks or stains, which is a plus. Sink and shower were in excellent condition. The Air Conditioning worked well and wasn't loud at all. Fresh towels available every day. Still need the signage by the front entrance so that you know where the entrance is!

Okay, needs to reassess their maintenance system.
The room air conditioner was extremely loud. Only option was to move rooms, didn't want to do that at 10:00PM. So we turned up the thermostat to keep from kicking in. Staff did not send maintenance staff the following day while we were out, and had to deal with it again the following night and next morning. They could use a better system for maintenance. Not sure they even reported it? We just kept upping the thermostat 1 degree to deal with it. Missed the access road to the hotel twice, even with GPS (GPS a little late on instructions), being there is no roadside entrance sign.

No pool, broken outlets…
So many things not functioning and so many details missing! Firstly, I booked it mainly for the pool and THE POOL IS CLOSED!!! That was disappointing but they did offer me free cancellation so I forgave that and sucked it up. Then I went into the room… most outlets were not working or super loose. There was mold in the tiling of the showers. And no where to hang towels except for one hook behind the door. In a room for 4, just put a shelf closer to the shower at least. Then breakfast… they are definitely understaffed. They have the person from the front desk also servicing the breakfast area. So things run out OFTEN and if the front desk person is tied up, well you have to wait. Not to mention the tables and seats are dirty so you have to come down and clean up before you can even get started. Not the kind of service I want in a hotel, I get away from my home so I don’t have to clean up the table. This place needs work. Great location, though.
