A Perfect Stay
This was an amazing stay. Clean, well appointed rooms, everything was perfect. It was literally the best hotel stay I have had in years. I stayed here twice on this trip, once on Monday and once on the way back home on Saturday. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Next time in Albany, whenever that is, this will be the place.

Disappointed of staff response
Hotel room very pleasant but the service sucks I went to the breakfast with 15 minutes left nothing to eat talk to attendant she said that she can do nothing l pointed that the pancakes machine needs refilled went back to the kitchen and coming empty and said that is now 7 minutes past breakfast l will like to said remember to staff that they working to provide good customer services .

Favorite hotel in Albany area
Very clean rooms. Delicious breakfast included, with good coffee. Pleasant staff at the check-in desk. Quiet and peaceful at night. Easy to get DoorDash and UberEats delivered there. Close to downtown Albany and to the highway. Would stay there again!
