Great spot for those on a budget!
Great little budget resort. Lot of Spanish speakers simply because it's in the price range for those from Mexico. Meals were good and staff was warm and polite. Rooms were comfortable. Beach and pool were smaller but very clean. Very scenic. My only criticism would be the hot water was out on our last day and a half. Did not spoil things for me though. Overall. We enjoyed it very much and if we have the opportunity we will return.

The employees and the views this place provides are what gives it the good rating. The employees we interacted with were incredible and made our stay great. The bed however was hard as a rock. My husband and i did not get one full night of sleep and woke up sore. The food was hit or miss. Certain days were definitely better than others. Overall it was an ok place and we did have fun.

The hotel was ok. They only had one restaurant running at a time for dinner and you have to go to the lobby in person and get in line to make a reservation at 10 am. The food was delicious--even the food at the buffet. However, our room was ok. At first the temperature was fine, but by the next day the air conditioner was not functioning properly and the room started getting hotter and hotter to the point where I couldn't sleep the first two nights. It was about 26 C /78 F. We had asked to have the air conditioning fixed and they came to fix it. So finally they gave us a new room so we packed up our stuff and carried it out to the new room. The new room smelled very damp. It smelled bad. During the first 10 minutes there we killed 5 insects that were in the room--one of them being a spider. We decided to head back to the old room, which we still had a card for to get in. It was late so we just slept in a hot room again. Finally on last full day, Carla at the front desk gave us a great new room in a better location and with great air conditioning. I finally got some sleep on my last night there. We did use their spa and got a massage there. The service was excellent. If the air conditioning in our first room was working, our experience would have been better.

Way below average overall
Since the check in, there was lack of Staff and the waiting times for anything you required, were long. We were given our room, and it had dirty sheets, spider webs on the night lights, and empty bottles around. Changed to another room, it was clean, but AC didn’t work properly, couldn’t get temperature below 25*C. The quality of the drinks for this all inclusive is Awful, and there is no way for you to purchase a better alcohol package. Food was average. Also, some staff will try to sell you this Vacational plans, which are a complete SCAM, please do not take this.
