Overall a good experience
In general the service is amazing, specially the waiters and waitresses and also the cleaning personnel, they go beyond to care for our needs. Kudos to them! The hotel and premises are super clean! The food was ok, it was better on the specialized restaurants. Overall a good experience

Great hotel and staff!
Amazing hotel! The best food, drinks, service and nicest hotel staff. We had an excellent time at this hotel. The only thing I was a little sad about was the fact that the ocean in Playa Del Carmen has so much seaweed but that has absolutely nothing to do with hotel.

We had a lovely time at the Royal Hideway. There is some work that should be done on some of the food and rooms. We had some ants crawling around in room which I did not like. The Mexican Fiesta show was great, the food not so much. Very tough and dried out meat. The Grill had wonderful food so that is where we ate the majority of the time. The pools and grounds are nice. The seaweed was horrible on the beach.
