Staff extremely courteous and accommodating. Went the extra mile in helping us orient ourselves in a new city. Torrential rain in the city at time of arrival and some of our printed confirmations for concerts got wet when rain seeped through our suitcase. They immediately called the ticket office and explained the situation. Reprinted everything for us within minutes.
