Uneasy stay
Our trip and stay was ok . I choose this certain hotel due to the amenities that were listed on the website . When we arrived the pool was closed due to construction not listed before I made reservations which was a bummer for my child. THIS WAS NOT LISTED ON THE WEBSITE THAT IT WAS CLOSED . I was also dissappointed that all soda ans snack vending machines were out of order as well as the ice machiene .All in all it was an ok stay but had I known all this was going on I definitely would have choose a different hotel.On the positive side it was helpful friendly staff .

This Hotel screams "I DON'T CARE -Mgmt"
This is the FIRST TIME I have ever canceled a booking after arriving. The pool was "under construction" --it appeared to be prepped for construction but also had a seat from a car and some broken glass in the pool area...? Definitely not a safe working environment! We arrived on a Thursday, so not sure why no crew working on the pool. The Fitness Center was inaccessible for an unknown reason. The ice machine did not work. The OJ machine was OOS (I see it's been that way for months from reading other reviews). The carpet was dirty; there was a wet spot over by the window. The a/c unit was dirty. The room smelled as though it had been sprayed down with "Febreze." Drawers were dirty inside. Only a 1/2 roll of TP with no extras. Only two bath towels set out; had to request hand towels and washcloths. One of the lamps didn't even have a bulb! We didn't stay long enough to find out about breakfast. I would not have trusted it based on the condition of the room. The rooms were cheap, but it costs NOTHING to clean items properly. The fitted sheets were put on each bed inside-out...which made me wonder if they had been laundered at all. FYI: The adjacent Super 8 is under same mgmt; their pool was also 'under construction.' Luckily, we were able to find accommodations nearby elsewhere. The desk clerk was understanding; seems she is used to guests canceling. She was the bright spot; but I feel bad that she has to work there.

Not happy
Ice machine broken. At breakfast, most things broken or not available, so the only thing was really coffee. Most furniture in room broken. Cable did not work and had to keep going downstairs and have maintenance fix this with pulling out furniture from wall and hooking things in the back. No refrig, no microwave, no clock in rooms. No washcloths, just 2 towels.
