Front desk attendant could talk to guests like actual humans instead of acting like it’s such an inconvenience to do his job. DJ Khalid should train him on personable service. Police presence and security is always reassuring

This hotel should be condemned.
We were tired and in an unfamiliar town. We drove to find a place we thought would be acceptable and couldnt find one so we went on Hotel.com and booked a room at the Windom super 8 in Phoenix AZ. When we arrived the lobby doors were taped shut and the lobby window was filthy and a hand written note saying cash only was taped on the window. There was a woman at the window trying to get a room for an hour and many people going through the garbage can in the front. Needless to say we didnt want to stay there. I tried to cancel on the web site and ot said I couldn't get a refund because it was past our check in date, which was impossible because I called 10 min after booking the reservation. Then called Hotels.com and was never able to soeak to a representative. This hotel is dangerous and filthy and to top it off I have to go through my bank to dispute the charge. DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
