Bit out of way. Bus strike while we were there so had to walk through woods to get to transport or Uber but was a lovely walk!.Room clean and comfycand snacks, beer etc in reception. No kettle but hot drinks avail in reception. McDonalds nearby. Reception very helpful. Would stay again.

Unfortunately our overall experience was not as comfortable as we had hoped. The main issue we encountered was the lack of sound insulation in the room. Throughout the night, we could clearly hear conversations from outside, as well as the noise from the vending machines. Each time someone used them, the sound was very noticeable and disruptive, making it difficult to rest properly. This significantly affected the quality of our stay. Additionally, upon arrival, the room did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned, as we found some trash on the floor. This was disappointing and not in line with the level of cleanliness we expected. We hope this feedback is helpful and that these issues can be addressed, as they made our stay less enjoyable than anticipated.

Das Zimmer war sauber und konnte problemlos getauscht werden, nachdem man uns ein Zweibettzimmer statt eines Doppelzimmers gegeben hatte. Parkplätze standen ausreichend unmittelbar am Hotel zur Verfügung. Leider war das Frühstück nicht zufriedenstellend: Filterkaffee und Rühr- oder Spiegeleier gab es nicht, die Auswahl insgesamt recht gering. Satt geworden sind wir, aber wir sind Besseres gewöhnt.

Nicht sehr sauber, Flecken auf der Bettwäsche, Haare an der Toilette, Silikonfugen lose, Teppich nur im Hauptteil gereinigt. Frühstück so lala, wird nicht aufgefüllt, Brötchen trocken vom Vortag, zT gelangweilte Angestellte in der Spätschicht, das erste Zimmer stank fürchterlich, daraufhin anderes bekommen, da waren die Türen undicht und es zog durch alle Schlitze. Dadurch ein Höllenlärm Nachts, da es überall zog. .

Unterkunkt bietet angemessenes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis und die Mitarbeiter traten gegenüber dem Gast ausnahmslos freundlich und serviceorientiert auf. Lediglich die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig, da der hoteleigene Parkplatz mehrmals überfüllt war, allerdings waren für die Nutzung 5 € je Tag zu entrichten, was dann ärgerlich ist, wenn der Parkplatz dann tatsächlich nicht mehr nutzbar ist.

Parkplatz direkt am Hotel, gebührenfrei, Sicht darauf vom Zimmer aus. Einige Sky Sender im Fernsehen ohne Extra Gebühr. Gutes WLAN, kostenfrei. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, nur wenige Minuten vom Krankenhaus Hubertus in Zehlendorf entfernt, wo ein Angehöriger von uns behandelt wurde. Super einfacher Checkout, quasi gar keiner, man kann so losfahren, da vorab zu bezahlen war und der Zimmerzugang über Zahlencode erfolgte.
