Reservation Not Found - Very Stressful
We didn't even know there was an airport shuttle. Also the front desk and managerial services were terrible. 1) Upon check in, front desk does not have our Hotels.com reservation and because we were not given a Ritz confirmation number they can't help us 2) On the spot we purchase a new reservation for the trip - so now we are paying double 3) Called Marriott reservationist and they do have your reservation so contested with Ritz front desk manager 4) Ritz manager asked me to cancel with Hotels.com but I said they will since it was their computer glitch.
