    There's no place like the Peninsula. It's elegant, serene, high-service, scrupulously clean ... nothing but quality. I've never had an unpleasant stay.     This is the second time I’ve stayed at the peninsula in Chicago and even given what’s going on in the world, the staff made our stay incredible while also making us feel safe. One thing to mention, I live in Chicago and have stayed here for special occasions and it amazes me how pampered and luxurious it feels to be here in my own city. The room was beautiful, with a great view and the beds were out of this world comfy. Upon arrival, Joy got me all checked in at the front desk a bit earlier than usual as I had submitted a request. I went up to the room to relax before my friends arrived and enjoyed watching the tv while unwinding in the huge bathtub. The staff was extra careful when bringing food and things up to the room with masks and gloves and attended to any questions we had or help we needed. I plan to continue to come back to this hotel and recommend it to anyone in or traveling to Chicago if you want to feel pampered and have a memorable experience.
