Well I stay there every month and for months the washer and dryer have not worked. Also the ice machine on 1st and 2nd floor do not work as well. But overall always friendly and clean.

Upon check in we see a sign the elevator is out. It stated it just happened and would be repaired next day. LIES!! We ran into someone who had been there a week and they change the sign daily saying next day it will be fixed. They should have reached out to those with reservations and let them know. Instead they put us on The 3rd floor, we had to use the stairs. (If I didn't have medical issues this wouldn't have been such a big deal!) I have bad spine issues and a few other things. Using the stairs is painful and to have to lug up a bunch of luggage is worse. It was late when we checked in with no where near by available. The front desk didn't give one care about the pain I was to endure by having to go up 3 flights of stairs multiple times with luggage. This is a HUGE ADA Violation!! We will never stay here again. They BLATENTLY lie. Who knows how long the elevator has truly been down, since they change the sign daily saying it will be fixed by next day. Our room smelled horrible, dirt on our bedding and bathroom wasn't very clean. Multiple reasons to never stay here again! Disgusting.

Family Celebration
I was in town visiting family. The stay was great, however our bathroom sink drained slowly. Other than that the room was great. Also unfortunately after a storm the elevator wasn't working so we had to go up and down the stairs for the last two days.

Really nice interior staircase that makes it feel homey. Bathrooms were large; room was carpet-free & wide walkways so nearly handicapped accessible. Breakfast was pretty lackluster even by 2 star hotel standards - precooked bacon and egg patties that were clearly mass produced and just heated. Room neighbors had shrieking small children; not the hotel's fault but a bit tough after a long day.

The hotel room was clean EXCEPT for the SMELL! I revered my hotel based upon fact that they mentioned they had a laundry room . When I checked into the hotel and asked the clerk at the front desk she stated,no however there was infact a separate laundry room for the guest on the 4th floor however the wash machine was out of order the entire days I was there = unacceptable! Also the swipe cards given at the time of check in does not allow entry to door from pool therefore constantly had to walk around to front door. Other than that room was clean minus the ITY smell, the beds were comfortable, and provided a great amount of towels. Mentioned housekeeping every three days however house keeping offered everyday if wanted which I declined. also close to resturants and a walmart next ext.

Super friendly staff beside one young front desk clerk, that worked Sunday morning. She act like the guest were bothering her by asking for something. Don't ruin a well kept hotel with your bad customer service. If having a bad day just leave it at the front door, we all have them
