The hotel was short on linen and despite asking few times for towels and hand towels, only managed to get 1 towel. I felt I was showering in sewer water. That's how the water smelt. Very nice hotel. It’s in a new area of town and there are two Courtyards, and this one doesn’t show up on google maps, so you have to put in the full address to find it. But very nice and relaxing and quiet when you find it!

In terms of increasing presence and penetration these days brands does not justify their service and repute.
