Perfect weekend getaway
Front desk was very friendly. The shuttle was great. Took us to airport as well as T station so we could get around the city. Wish the bar and kitchen were open a little longer in the evening. Not many options to get to for food nearby. Overall a great stay!

Worked well for a quick overnight stay.
We spent a night at this hotel during a flight connection at Logan. We had dinner at the airport so I can't comment on restaurants in the area. The room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was great and opened on time. Our stay was short, and as others have commented, the shuttle was crowded at 6:30am, but they got us to the airport on time! Pickup from the airport in the evening was not crowded and worked well.

Great Stay
This is a very nice hotel. My room (King, study)was immaculate. The bed was very comfy. Bathroom was modern and immaculate also. Breakfast was wonderful, both hot and cold. The only problem I had was using the shuttle service from the hotel to and from the Wood Island train station. I realize traffic can cause unavoidable delays. The shuttle stop in front of the Wood Island train station is not sheltered and after a half hour delay I was very cold. If you are using the T to get to the hotel I would recommend getting off at the airport stop and pick up the hotel shuttle there (you have to take the airport bus from the train station to the airport, a very short ride) Leaving the hotel I missed the shuttle at the time I needed because I didnt realize the driver was leaving. I advised him next time to please announce louder that he was leaving. He was very pleasant as was all the other staff. The hotel shuttle back to the Wood Island train station is quick and then its only a short distance to downtown using the subway. One transfer and I was at the North Station to get my train home. I would definitely stay here again. Very convenient to the airport and all parts of Boston via public transportation.

Poor shuttle pickup. Inconsiderate disabled bath.
This place is full. At least with cars left for a long-stay parking for Logan airport users. The hotel ground is covered with great number of cars. And, the hotel airport shuttle in the morning is not just filled with the guests but they have to compete with others whose cars were parked at the hotel ground. Our 9 am shuttle was stopped 2 times by 2 separate couples from the parking. Indeed, when we were picked up from Logan airport from the previous night, the reception staff curtly told us to go to gate 203 when we could see the gate 107 as highest number. We called again and learned that we had to go up to the departure level 203 gate where there was no designated hotel shuttle waiting area like at the ground level and the shuttle did not show up for almost 30 minutes and 3 calls by us. In the mean time, the cars were told to leave the departure area by the state police to discourage the illegal standing of private or app based pickup car drivers. So the way the hotel operating the shuttle to the departure area to pick up the arrival guests at 9pm when the arrival area was quiet with designated waiting area was total nonsense and it was harsh for us, with a disabled condition to look for the gate area and going up standing in the freezing evening. The shower head was impossible to reach in the disabled room. The water pressure was low in the sink then too strong in the shower. Pos. The guests are all mature and the morning staff and free breakfast were good.
