Check in was terrible and concerning when the booking had already been paid in full. Sonder attempted to charge twice for incidentals which caused my card to be flagged for fraud. First call to Sonder was no help, 2nd call back the operator finally agreed to take another card manually due to the app not working.
Also, there were 2 adults booked (my bro in-law and myself) and no blankets or bedding for the pull out couch. How can you assume we are a couple?
Thirdly, the AC was not operational. A nice attendant visited the unit providing a work-around but was not able to fix it.
I will not be returning to any Sonder, nor recommending to anyone
