Bad smell and no wi fi
When we enter the room the smell was like feet! It smells awfull because of the cold, the room was closed and the smell was bad. The internet wi fi never worked and at the end, in the check out they said was because with IOS devices you have to log in different than Android.

Great Stay at Novotel
Nice hotel. Attentive staff. Great location. Room was great. We had made arrangements for the hotel to pick us up at the airport and they did not. Apparently they have a company that picks up their guests. Our plane arrived an hour late, but there was no one there to pick us up. The hotel checked with their company that is supposed to pick up their guests and the company told them they were there. We made sure that the hotel new this was inaccurate. We ended up taking a taxi, which ended up costing only $5USD; the hotel was charging $15 per person. The hotel was apologetic about the matter.

Very Good8.0
Good stay for solotrip
In general good experience with Novotel the only downside was the AC/heater in the room seemed not working so properly~ even the setting was at 15 Celsius but could still feel hot air blowing into the room so I had to keep the windows open to let the outside air coming in otherwise would be too hot! Staffs were extremely nice and helpful!

A great place from beginning to end!
From arrival to departure ALL the staff was so helpful and friendly! The entry hall and restaurant was so light and pleasant, and our room could not be nicer. Location was in the middle of the old town! Perfect.
