Pros: the location is excellent. the front desk and maintenance staff members are also friendly and helpful! Cons: our cleaning staff member was a bit rude; also very late and often threw out hotel provided supplies but then forgets to re-supply them. We stayed during cold front (low-mid 40s), and the heating was inadequate. Lastly, the windows don’t open so expect a lot of ambient noises from circulation vents in every room. Wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers.

I paid extra money to get better higher level room. And I did not. They fixed my bed and I guess my son left two containers on lotion on the bed. When they made the bed the lotions were under the cover . They left them like that. Same sheets very disappointed. The only thing I liked was the location. Won’t go there again for the price I paid. Not worth it

This property is just okay and not particularly well run. My bolt lock didn't work, my room overlooked a building demolition that started at 7a each morning, my rooms was only partially cleaned one day, laundry carts were scattered throughout the hallways constantly, sofas in lobby filthy, etc. The location is great and the front desk and valet staff were very good. The restaurant was excellent as well.
