rude stafd

please talk to the night crew. they are very rude. we asked if we can get a toothpaste and toothbrush, they said stuff are on its way, after 30 mins, we called and we asked if we need to pick it up, she said that she doesnt know. upon picking it at the front desk, they asked me to get it somewhere and there were 2 of them sitting at the front desk texting.
