Amazing trip
We stayed in this hotel for one week during Christmas holidays. It was really nice, comfortable and calm. I highly recommend it and would like to comeback some other time. It’s a bit far from the city center, good if you rent a car. It’s close to the ferry station which goes to Gozo island. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.

A nightmare
Stayed here for one night on all inclusive. Bathroom was not clean, there was still residue of dirt of the guests before us, bar was not filled as stated, but after complaining.... complaints were dealt with. Felt sorry for the cleaner who had to clean after another cleaner did not do her job well. Bar was taken care of as well immediately. All inclusive meant ordering drinks and signing for each order everytime plus breakfast, lunch and dinner. Felt uncomfortable that with every order one had to sign. As for snacks only sandwiches were available and as with the drinks one has to sign for what he/she takes. Food in general was great. Unfortunately no a/c in the room, did not sleep at all and 3 complaints for just one night was too much! In my opinion rooms should always be checked before checking in guests. Our 1 night stay was a nightmare. Cannot complain about the friendly staff, their attitude, their concern about our complaints. Hope this review helps to improve the quality of the service in a way or another.

Not again.
The gym had only one treadmill and one bicycle and they both did not work. I complained on the first day and the management promised to fix the problem, but nothing was done. My room wreaked of tobacco smoke and it was a very strong smell. The cleaner sprayed air freshener but to no avail. I kept the balcony door open, but still the smell persisted. I was told that it could be in the curtains, I asked that the curtains be changed or dry cleaned, but I was told that they were too busy at this time of the year.

Terrible hotel! Terrible service! Terrible everyth
Horrible horrible service. They don't provide any kind of water without you laying for it. This after they tell you to not drink the tap water. The rooms are small and dirty. Buffet is terrible with very little selection. Under no circumstances would I ever recommend or stay at this place again.
