We had a handicapped room for my son. Beds were low and easily able to get on and off and were extremely soft! Room was spacious for wheel chair to get around. Staff was professional, helpful and positive; which made for a good experience. Property was clean and well maintained. Free breakfast and free paining was a great amenity. There were a few minor downsides for me. I didn’t like that the bathroom was only half private. The toilet and shower had a privacy door, but the sink area was not private. This can make things awkward if you need privacy such as after a shower. Another issues I had, again minor, was the remote was not intuitive. Although instructions were provided, the remote used toggles, rather than up and down volume and channel buttons; and the toggles weren’t labeled as such. And my final downside is, there was no microwave. Again, minor inconveniences, but it would have made my stay even better.
