Nice property in a nice area near university. Unfortantely, there was no air conditioning and the weather was warm, making the room uncomfortable for sleeping. I had the windows unlocked but the busy road noise did not provide for quite, sound sleep.

Properly is pretty and spacious. However, the cleaning staff disappointed me as firstly they forgot to leave the duvet in the room second they gave me a stained one. Additionally, the dirty towels were not changed for the duration of our stay. The reception staff are friendly but when you request for assistance over the phone they forget so you have to repetitively ask for the same request.

Good hotel, let down by breakfast
Arrived late at night, the kitchen closes at 9.30pm so receptionist gave us directions to a local restaurant - very helpful. Next morning breakfast was chaos. Seemed understaffed and they were slow to replenish food, crockery, cutlery and glasses. What was there was ok but disappointing given we could see what had run out. We checked out and left the car to take metro into the city. No fault of the hotel but be very careful using metro as a couple of genuine mistakes led to us being fined €32 each.
