NO SHUTTLE for late arrivals/early departures!
The entire reason I selected this hotel was that I wanted something close to the airport with a shuttle. The hotels.com ad SAID that it had that, but not that it wasn't available certain times of the day. My arrival at Hartford Monday night was a HORRIBLE experience. I landed at 11:30pm, and finally got a taxi to the hotel at 1:30am. I arrived at the hotel about 1:45am, got put in a room (511) that had no working A/C controls and the A/C blowing full blast. Then moved to #211 (shortly after 2am) -- which wasn't working great, but better than room #1. As a female traveling alone this was extremely stressful and upsetting. If one of my female staff had been subjected to this experience I would have blown a gasket. As it was, when I realized how the shuttle service functioned (or rather didn't), I tried to cancel my hotels.com reservation for Thursday night & couldn't. LUCKILY the Lyft option worked for me Friday AM -- but I wasn't feeling great about it until I saw that the car was on the way. That being said, the desk staff was wonderful. Rashawn handled everything on Monday night professionally and calmly. And the young lady that checked me in Thursday night (and out again Friday AM) was soooo pleasant and verified my Lyft for the next morning. The staff was wonderful, and the accommodations fine, but there should be warnings about the way they handle shuttles to the airport during their "off hours".

The pool was not open. The ice machine on the floor that we stayed on was not working. The computer in the business office was not working. Could’ve been a little bit cleaner.
