The hotel is in a wealthy area. Probably why it’s difficult to find help. Everyone who worked there was extremely pleasant but seemed to be missing the basic tools to make it a perfect stay. Plenty of help at the pool but no one with any direction. One soda machine with many of the basics missing in a hotel with 300 rooms. Apparently it is a weekday business hotel so on the weekends the restaurant is closed with a basic menu in the bar. Once again the staff seemed to be aware of the shortcomings and bent over backwards to be helpful. Also I assume that it’s an expense account hotel and room service and bar food are at Manhattan prices. 200 with tip for dinner for 2 and 90 for breakfast. Just renovated and clean as a whistle which was why it was so strange it was missing such little things.

Stay was great! Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and very pleasant clerk. Would recommend more of an informative process be given to hotel guest regarding wi-fi access.

Great hotel but insanely expensive restaurant!
The hotel was great. My only complaint was that the restaurant was insanely expensive. Breakfast for 3 (NOT the much more expensive buffet) came to $92 with a tip. Coffee was $6. And it wasn't like you could walk around the corner and eat somewhere else.
