Quality Inn, Tulare
The staff was pleasant. We were disappointed on the cleannness of the room. Our bed sheets were stained with a pinkish color. The ironing board was just terrible. It needed to be trown away really. The iron to didn’t work & leaked water. The mattresses on the bed to were so uncomfortable. They definitely need to be replaced. We would not stay here again or recommend it. Thank u Stacie

Had a faint smell of weed on every floor, pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned in several days and definitely mold in our bathroom. Staff was friendly and bed was clean and comfortable.

Not Impressed
The hotel staff was friendly but that is the only positive thing I can say. Our room had a strong pet odor. Spraying Lysol on the carpet helped a little. Blow dryer was broken as was the ironing board. The hotel did bring another blow dryer and ironing board. We constantly had to ask hotel to restock our toilet paper and tissues. Air conditioner in room was extremely noisy. Will not stay at another Quality Inn.

I wont stay here again.
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a few problems with our stay however. To start when we arrived the lobby smelled kind of ripe. There was a sewer type odor that seems to linger all the time. I suppose it could be overlooked if not for the fact that the breakfast area also had the stink. We ate elsewhere. It may be related to the fact that our toilet was perpetually plugged up. I ultimately just borrowed the plunger and kept it in the bathroom because they would unplug it and we get one flush and it was plugged up again. We also had issues with housekeeping. On the first day we left the hotel on saturday around 10 am while housekeeping was still working on our floor. I made certain the Do Not Disturb sign was removed but when we returned in the evening the room was not cleaned. So I had to get my own fresh towels from the front desk. The girl there apologized and said they would make sure it was cleaned the next day. The next day it was cleaned. Or at least some one came in and pulled the covers up and emptied the trash. The sheets were still wrinkled under the covers and the fitted bed sheet which had come loose the night before was still loose. Also, the bathroom was untouched so I had to get more towels from the front desk. Again the girl apologized and said they were short staffed that day. The following day we checked out.
