Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Didn’t try breakfast but it looked pretty decent. Older place that could use a few upgrades but overall a decent spot for the price close to WDM and Urbandale. Only complaint I had was my toilet wouldn’t properly flush and one of the light switches was broken.

Room was clean for most part just some dusting issues but generally good. staff was very courteous even though check in took quite some time. Very sparse breakfast since not many guests so not blaming them for that. I wasn't going to ask them to make additional warm food cause it was gone. Cereal it is. LOL Was definitely worth the cost as other hotels in area are considerably more.
