Very disappointed with this stay! I've stayed at many comfort inns and this was by far the worst one! The girl at check in was very pleasant but the rest of the staff wasn't the happiest to be there it seemed. The breakfast was just frozen sandwiches, granola bars or muffins the second day we stayed there wasn't even any juice in the machine they claimed they ran out but the front desk person was on the phone the entire time we were at Breakfast and didn't seem to want bothered. We were on the 3rd floor and the ice machine didn't work had to keep going to the 1st floor for ice. It was my daughters birthday weekend so I payed the extra to stay in a hotel with an indoor pool so the kids could swim only to be told after we checked in that the pool was closed for remodeling but should be open by Saturday morning but it was not reopened at all during our stay it completely ruined the kids weekend! The heat wasn't the greatest either I had to crank it up to 90 to get it warm in there. They put us in the back rooms along the highway and it was super loud all night you could hear every car and big truck that passed by. I'm just so disappointed overall

I've had better breakfasts at cheaper hotels
the bathroom sink leaked around the handle. the water in the tub was too hot and couldn't get it to cool off . then when I took my shower, I couldn't get any hot water. same way with the sink water. either you couldn't get any hot water, or you couldn't get any cold water.. breakfast was a joke. they had frozen bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches to warm up, but the biscuit was too salty to eat.. they had good packaged muffins, and hard protein bars and yoqurt.

I know hotel is undergoing renovations per signs up but not only our room had issues with door locks and entry but other people we talked to had same issues getting into their room. I was very disappointed with the continental breakfast not having a larger menu. Hotel was very clean though and rooms were updated and comfortable.

Our initial room looked fine but because the very nice maintenance man could not get our keys to work they moved us to 419. The carpet needed vacuuming and the shower head sprayed water all over requiring a towel be placed on the floor to absorb the water leaking through the shower curtain. All of the hallway carpets needed vacuuming.
