Location, Location, Location
This is a great little hotel with both positives and negatives. I stayed for 3 nights for a business conference and chose the hotel due to it's proximity to the International Convention Centre. Firstly, the staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. When i was checking out and had multiple bags in my hand a lovely lady from house keeping stopped what she was doing as soon as she saw me struggling and went out of her way to call the elevator and hold it open for me. Very unexpected and appreciated. Secondly, the location. What can I say other than it is in the perfect spot. Easy to get to, easy access to Darling Harbour, King St Wharf and Barangaroo while only being a short walk to the centre of the city. Lastly, the facility itself. While not dirty or uninviting in any way, you could see it is just a bit worn out. Doors, walls and furniture are all scuffed. The shower head is the old style that sprays a strange pattern when you're under it, and the beds are uncomfortable, like a worn out mattress. I'd like to stay again but a new mattress is a must.

Basic rooms, great location
The place needs a good update and repairing. Just basic quality for everything. But, the location is great for getting around the CBD and the rooms do have the facilities many need for a longer stay. We would consider them again but hope for renovations.
