Top service in Mazatlan
Staff was over and above any place I have stayed and I used to be in the business. Food was abundant and very very good. Only one pool was open and there was construction. I had gotten touch with the hotel when we booked and they said it would be over by the time we got there! Room was very large and loved two bathrooms, but all was pretty old and shower doors didn't close. The very worst thing was being hit up by the time share people before we had even checked in and by each new shift change until they realize they had already bothered us. Cannot say enough for the staff, from arriving, the maids, the workers in the restaurant, behind the desk etc. etc. etc. We knew because of the time of year there might not be much beach and there wasn't.

Blahhhh its ok
Over all the rooms are good but it lacks entertainment for adults the waiters are the same entertainers by night no music in hotel or lounges as to where we walked and visited other neighbors hotels and I believe we'll move next time we visit Mazatlan Cocktail lounges had a better service good music and dancing was good over all the ambiance is far better at the nearby Hotels but for family with kids this is a great hotel.

Birthday celebration in august!
I love Mexico and have been there many times in November, December. Came here to celebrate 70th birthday. The humidity is 84%. I took 3 SHOWERS yesterday. Unless you like to sweat, don't come in the summer. Pool was very nice. Staff very helpful.
