Good location - central but quiet. A little dated and in need of a little refurb, but clean enough. However, kitchenette was a little too small for anything beyond fixing basic breakfast. restaurant is good, but a little pricey. Staff were friendly but often a little forgetful or careless in details.

The lady at front desk was extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. Location was great. There were only two things need to be improved. 1. I stayed 6 nights in this hotel, and the toilet sometimes smelly. No idea where the smell comes from, probably from the drain in the shower booth. 2. The utensils at kitchen were very "limited". I had to buy a small clean pot from the supermarket. I would stay here again, there were some minor issues though. The main reason is helpful hotel staff.

I loved my room and the balcony. It was lovely. My only complaint was how long it took for coffee to be made at the cafe downstairs. I gave up going there. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

Nice hotel close to Rundle mall. The only disappointment was the car parking, if you have a four wheel drive it is very tight to get around the corner .

Nice enough, simple and with essentials.
I booked this hotel rather than the Pullman across Hindmarsh Sq due to price and good reviews. And it was worth while. The location is great within the CBD, room was comfortable with amenities one needs plus mini kitchen. Hotel has small gym and restaurant which I like to have available while traveling. There's also plenty of food and shopping walking distance. The hotel staff was friendly yet not overly concerned with great customer service. My room wasn't made up once and I waited for an appetizer in the restaurant late one night (while is was quite empty) for 30 minutes which seemed way too long. I think they forgot my order. In both instances there was no real concern to make it up to me or that it was that out of the ordinary. It was to me, but I moved on.
