Disappointing
This hotel is sketchy looking and out of date, the fridge in our room was frozen over and the door wouldn’t close. I asked for extra bedding and was told it was too late to get bedding and would have to wait till housekeeping came in the morning. The AC was stuck so it was freezing, I had to use towels for extra warmth. Definitely would not stay again.

No fridge, microwave, or coffee maker in the room. Just enough room to walk around the bed. The only thing that was convenient, was only 5 min from the airport terminal.

Get What You Pay For
I wondered about the negative ratings when I booked and I see why. The condition of the place seems in disrepair. This gives off a vibe of unclean. You get what you pay for, and I usually don’t care about these things much, but wow. Didn’t even provide a hair dryer! Had booked a separate night this trip but canceled earlier due to itinerary and now I am glad it worked out that way! At least the beds were clean. Did not interact much with the staff as we got in super late but they seemed friendly. Appreciated the shuttle to the airport, but would like to have known in advance about the requirement to coordinate shuttle service the night before with no last minute requests. Their website said that the shuttle runs daily 4AM-10PM giving the impression it’s routine. Had we not seen the sign about the requirement when checking in, promoting us to ask, we would not have known about the restriction and may have been put in a bad predicament. This service was one of the primary reasons for staying here. There is work to do at this place!

Not worth the cheap price
We've stayed a few times. It's run down and not very clean but cheap and right around the corner from the airport. It's been a convenient option for an overnight stay when we've got an early flight or late arrival. This time, the room smelled strongly of urine. The staff refused to give us a different room. They sprayed some deodorant that wore off in about 20 minutes. The lock bar on the door was also broken off.

Terrible hotel and unsafe
Their customer service sucks. They walked into my room unannounced, video recorded my kids. They don’t want to refund me my money, they keep your reservation check in to keep your deposit. The room was old and smelled like mildew definitely will never come back nor recommend this hotel. They need to be shut down honestly
