The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly. The location isn’t the best because the way to the subway station is super steep. The have shuttles but not all the time. For example not beteeen 12:00 and 17:00.

Renewed installation. Overall good. Very clean. Reasonable breakfast even though they charge R$ 20 per person. The hotel downgraded me giving me a studio while I reserved and paid fully for a superior suite. They said that hotel was full. No refund.

Excellent, clean hotel at walking distance from paulista avenue. Excellent breakfast buffet. The staff is very nice. After I checked out I realised I forgot my laptop in the room and the guy at the reception ran to my room himself to retrieve it. I really appreciated that. Great stay overall.
