Small dirty room
Room was dirty especially the floor, old squeaky bed, small - too much money for what it was.

Quaint, Quiet, Tucked Away in the Middle of Town
I stayed there overnight in preparation for a long backpacking trip. I needed an inexpensive and clean place to stage all my gear and get a nice sleep. This met all my expectations. It's old, and could use some touching up, but the single room was clean and met my needs. It was very small, so I wouldn't recommend that room even for couples. The staff was very nice and the breakfast the next morning was fine. The price is about right for the accommodations. It's easy walking distance to a few shops along Main Street (behind the frontage road) which was convenient. Parking can be tricky if you return late.

Disappointed
I called and left a message concerning accessabilitydue to a forest fire in the area and never got a call back. When I did arrive, i just happened to catch the owner leaving (about 7 pm), otherwise, my key was left in an envelope by the door - accessible to anyone. Was not impressed with the location or cleanliness of the building and surrounding area.
