Lots of renovations going on at the property, which is good, but workers start early ( 8:00 am) not so good. The internet service ONLY works in public areas, and is spotty at best, and the TV options are very limited ( meaning limited English or US stations if that is important to you.) Pool area nice, quiet and relaxing. A hot tub would be a nice addition to the property. Only Mazatlan hotel I’ve ever checked into that they required full payment the check in day, plus a deposit for incidentals. Defiantly pressure to attend their timeshare presentations.

Highly Recommend!
Just passing through and we stayed just one night to and from U.S. from our home in Guadalajara. This is our new stop on this trip for sure...and if we ever just want to hang out in Mazatlan. The staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms have been clean and comfortable with excellent ocean views from the balcony!

Horrible Front Desk Receptionist on her own Plan

Never again!
Requested 2 beds, given a king. Kitchen cabinets locked; employee came and counted each piece, and again before we checked out! No dish towel, sponge, or dish soap. Bed and pillows hard. Coffee pot but no coffee. One small bottle of water on arrival, none after. Only one roll of toilet paper, no wash cloth and only 3 towels for 2 people. First nite I came home after dark to no lights in the hallway. The pool only has a 3 rung ladder; no steps for entry/exit! Only good thing was the view to ocean from 7th floor.
