Prima Palace stay Oct 2017
Our stay at Prima Palace was great. Check-in was friendly & fast. We were welcomed with fresh-squeezed orange juice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel also provided guests with free bottled water in the room and a tin of candies....very tasty. The location was great. Close to the market, which we ate dinner at. The hotel also has a gate & front terrace area, so we felt very safe.

Poor2.0
Horrible! ! Wouldn't send my worst enemy here! !
"Beds" (really cots) are tiny and terrible. Linen is all itchy. Power went out twice last night. Room is the size of my bathroom at home so I had to "upgrade" - to the size of my kitchen table. Phone to call room service doesn't call anyone. Bathroom is the size of your kitchen sink. "Couch" is tiny beat up 1 seat chair that looks like it's from the 1500s. Manager told me that they are here to make money, not to help. Receptionist is EXTREMELY rude. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
