Prima Palace Hotel, Jerusalem
Poor1.0 / 5
Definitely not as advertised. An epic fail.
Not as advertised. Room was tiny. Staff and concierge were not knowledgeable and were rude. no amenities. Restaurant was never staffed and the only one we ever encountered was more than rude. no consistent cab service available. money exchange rate was not competitive. no ice or soda machine. front gate answered inconsistently. I also read the reviews prior to my stay and either they stayed at another hotel or only the highest ratings were shown.

This was a traditional Jewish hotel in a likewise neighborhood. I enjoyed it and found it quaint

Great place for the money. Excellent staff and really clean. Rooms are quite small and the beds could have been more comfortable. Will definitely go again.
