A pretty good stay
This stay was pretty good! However there are a few things to keep in mind while booking this hotel. 1. There is currently no elevators in the hotel, however the staff will help you with your luggage. 2. There are shared bathrooms, instead of your own individual bathroom. The bathrooms were pretty clean although it smelled a little bad in one since it was a low power flush toilet. 3. The windows are fairly thin so you can hear alot of what’s going on outside. And 4. There is no air conditioner in certain rooms. Thankfully we had a room with air conditioner even though it was one that was connected through the window. So if you are ok with all four things then go ahead and stay here! If not, I wouldn’t stay here.

Beautiful old building
This hotel is set in a beautiful old building, with exposed brick and woodwork. The community bathrooms were always clean and stocked. Only negative things about the stay would be there is no elevator, but again it is a very old building but something to keep in mind for the disabled and the portable ac in our room was running but did not cool at all but again in Vancouver you dont need ac very much. Overall a great hotel with a very friendly staff.
