8/10 Very good

Great location with excellent views of the viaduct. Spacious room with well equipped kitchen. Room a bit aged in need of an update. The balcony was very small and the night clubs in the area kept us awake until the early hours during the weekend.

6/10 Good

Hotel is in a great position on the Viaduct Basin. We enjoyed the room and the view. Our arrival experience let it down. Stopping in front of the hotel we got out and asked the late duty desk manager where to park? He said the Siebel parking was full up. At first he didn't even want to help get the bags to the front door. I ended up parking about 10 minutes walk away in a deserted car park with deserted streets at midnight! The parking also cost much more than the hotels own high rates. The hotel failed to communicate it's lack of parking or any need to book. I might well stay there again. Although next time I'll double check/ specifically request parking --- as should you if you need it.
