Good for overnight stay
Superb location as close to the shopping and dining area. New hotel, not luxury, but with proper price

Nice stay, but likely better options
Well-located hotel, just outside the old city. Not the most updated for the price, and the included breakfast could use some improvements. We had a fantastic view of one of the church towers from our room. But there was also some late night noise from a nearby establishment. About a 15 min walk to/from the ferry terminal. Windows only opened a crack, and with the European heat wave (and no AC!), this made the room quite hot.

Not up to standard.
Very disapointing stay compared to last year, it seems like there was an ownership or management change as customer service and quality was non existant. It seems that my room stay was an afterthought and not prepared for as i was assigned a 'new'room that did not have a phone, the smoke alarm was covered with red plastic, the room was extremely hot, a trac for a room darkening drapes was empty, the room being an interior room with glass windows( do not open) face an area that has a chandelier in the lobby that the light goes straight up and lights up the area vertically. The pillows wrre a small square shaped pillow with no fluff and the 'double/twin bed room' I paid for had 3 little beds that were verey uncomfortable. Every time i tried to address an issue it was either met with a range of acting like they might care to down right rude snd dishonest answers to pacify me. Also, there was a non functional toilet paper dispenser that may have sounded good in theory but left shredded pieces of toilet paper in your hand.

The location is good with lots of amenities available within a 2-3 minute walk. Old town is 5 minutes away. The room is adequate, but cold use some updating, although the hotel lobby underwent a complete renovation during my 4 week stay. The hotel's breakfast offering is ok if you're staying a few days, but it never changes and is not that great. For 4-6 Euros, you can do better within a 2 minute walk.
