다치카와 역에서 걸어서 10분 이내로 접근성 좋읍니다. 내부청결도도 나쁘지 않습니다. 가장 큰 어려움은 소음 입니다. 기차 지나가는 소리가 너무 잘 들려서 예민한 사람은 못 잘 수도 있어요. 기차가 지나갈 때 침대에 누워 있어도 진동이 느껴 집니다. 나머지는 무난합니다.
