WiFi did not work in the building where you have breakfast my entire stay. I had to change my room due to no WiFi access. I was given a room in the other building. Old room really long walk up with bags... not fun... Called and asked for a luggage stand to place my suitcase on and was initially telling me I paid a lower rate so it was not included in the room... REALLY? Did get a call back and they found a stand to place my suitcase on...disappointing! Breakfast was excellent so was the serving staff!

We are a family of 4 adults that stayed here for 2 nights. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were very clean. I was only unhappy that they only had a small armoire for clothes. Clothing from four large suitcases and 4 overhead size suitcases would never have fit in the small closet. It would have been uncomfortable had we stayed for more nights than this. Otherwise we enjoyed the room and the free breakfast.

Excellent service, slanted ceilings.
The service at Trinity Lodge was excellent. Chris was very helpful, even called us a cab when we left and gave us some great information about taxi rates here. The hotel was very quaint and definitely had everything we needed. Bed was a bit firm for our liking but did not affect our sleep. My only major complaint was the bathroom. I expected it to be tiny, but our room was on the top floor causing our bathroom to have slanted ceilings. I could not stand up straight In the bathroom. Other than that, our stay was great and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fairly priced, centrally located place in Dublin.

Irish Hospitality lacking at this one.
The proprietor was not helpful or welcoming. I would describe her as terse. The room itself was fine, but some instructions on how to manage the heat, television etc, would have been appreiciated. There was no wifi coverage in my room.

Substandard room assigned to me. After multiple complaints was given a new room. Was told it was because I went through a travel agency. Is this true?
