Out of the way,Amazing views, needs some work!
The view from the room was amazing! But it was older and definitely could use some new paint and a good cleaning.Air conditioning is poor and rooms got extremely warm! The cockroach was a not so nice roommate for our son. Maids only clean rooms every third day so making beds and basic stuff you do, not much of a vacation for Mom.

Perfect resort studio apartment for a couple
Amazing apartment - so well equipped - everything you need is there and of high quality. The bed (king size) was super comfy and we could really sleep well. Bear in mind that this is a resort, so everything is within it - which is very comfortable when you actually come for a few days, but can be a bit overpriced when you come, as we did, for one night. A nice surprise was the laundry machine in the kitchen that was very useful to us! We only ate once in the resort and it was not the best but decent. People we encountered were very kind and nice.

Our stay...
The hotel was great and the staff helpful, however a couple of things annoyed us on our stay, the check in is 5pm and the check out 10am, so you dont even get a full day if staying for a single night light we were. Also, there is no beach around the resort only cliffs or uncared for alcoves, its quite a drive to find what you would expect to see on your vacation. Otherwise, thumbs up.

There is (effectively) no WIFI in this "free WIFI" hotel. There were few transmitters near our room, we had to go outside to make it work, always with cell phones, about 1/2 the time with computers (which have better antennas). DNS service was spotty at best - about 1/2 the times we signed on, we had to try again. Signing on was hard in itself, requiring typing long and hard to remember passwords, which were provided in awkward and hard to keep and retain format. The hotel itself is remote and hard to get in and out of and (finally) is, if by the ocean) on a cliff above it. This made both accessing the ocean and meals not directly catered by the hotel difficult. Finally, the receptionist who checked us in assured us the hotel bill had already been paid, while the one who check us out demanded we pay it. Moreover, when asked this receptionist would not provide us with two credit card payments, one for the room (we thought already paid and which we might have wanted to dispute in consequence) and another for the meals we acknowledged needing to pay for. A remarkably unpleasant conversation, requiring substantial time resulted. I recommend that this hotel be avoided like the plague: I will never consider going there again, except possibly to picket it as a warning to other potential "saps"
