Brilliant staff let down by tired rooms. Radiator was stuck 'on' but we alerted staff and it was sorted immediately 👍 Room, bedding and towels were clean but not all the lights/switches worked and the mattress felt cheap. The cramped over bath shower wasn't what you would be expecting for the rate charged either, and definitely not what you'd expect in a spa hotel.

Horrible stay
The lodge was beautiful - the staff where horrendous - there where a wedding on and we where basically ignored most of the evening. Couldn’t get food because there where no one around ( guests from the wedding gave us some food which was very kind they could see we where frustrated) the bar staff told us last orders after being impolite all evening and telling us they wanted to go home because they where fed up of the wedding going on.
