    A scary stay
The room itself was average but you could tell it wasn't new, sink had a crack line and there was a sound from the lights in the bathroom. The worse part though, was that the entire roof of the swimming area fell down onto the pool and whole pool room, which we happen to be eating in 20 minutes before from the overflow of the eating area. It was a severe snowstorm time but they didn't keep the entrances of the hotel open enough, alot of cars got stuck and ambulance and firetrucks couldn't enter either, everyone had to be evacuated out of hotel, thank God no one was still in the pool area, they had everyone exit 10 minutes before it fell when they heard the cracking noise. If possible, if possible I think we should be compensated for what happened.

    Wont raise the roof
Front desk didnt answer their phone at all durring the night. No ceiling lights in room, patches of carpet missing in room, dirty and dusty in room, window not sealed, the roof collapsed over the pool and we were evacuated. Not offered a refund.

Nice hotel, but staff could be more professional.
The front desk service at time of check in was uncomfortable and the employee was rude. The only other complaint is that we found a pill laying in the bathroom that of which is one that is commonly used for recreational purposes.....Basically the hotel itself was nice but the staff could use a bit of training it seems and be overall more professional.

I'm so sad at how downhill this hotel has gone. Dirty in the weirdest places like behind the extra toilet paper. Bed was noisy and very uncomfortable, ac/heat unit made horrible constant noises (room 119, beware) The ice bucket was dirty, hair on the walls, as well as bathroom floor. There was only one mirror, inside the bathroom making it hard for two people to get ready at once (there used to one outside the bathroom, but was gone) Dirty carpet...thin walls no decor in our room. Breakfast was okay, but you couldn't bring it back to your room..? Good place for kids if you have them. I'll be staying somewhere different next time.
