Location, location and location. This little hotel is in the heart of Granada. From here you can pretty much walk anywhere. If you are expecting luxury and 5 stars this is not the place. Room is good, bathroom is good and the staff is excellent. If you are only staying because you want to do the tours thing this is the place.

This hotel is right in the centre of Granada and within easy walking distance of all the sights. It is clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely. Since it is a three star it does not have any luxuries but that is reflected in the price and there is everything you need if you are there to see Granada rather than looking for a luxury hotel break. There was no catering while we were there since it was ultra low season, but the surrounding area is full of cafes, bars and restaurants at every price point. One warning - only take up the parking option if you are a confident driver!

This was almost perfect for my 4-night stay. The room was quite small, but so efficiently laid out that it didn’t feel small. It had good closet space and a chest of drawers, plus a small desk. My only complaint is that the shower head was not functional. It was old and sprayed water everywhere. It would be simple and inexpensive to replace. The staff were wonderful, spoke English, but helped me with Spanish too.

No free parking.
The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We booked as a couple for 2 nights. The first night we were put in a room with two double beds. The second night they were able to put us in a room with a single bed which was nice. Hotels.com advertised this hotel as having free parking. That was a major reason why we picked this hotel because we were surprised such a good location with parking?! The parking is a couple blocks down the street and 20$ a night. You can get your ticket validated for 17$ a night at the front desk of the hotel but NOT FREE. Secondly the beds were kind of dirty. Dusty rooms with little hairs in the beds. So the hotels heating/cooling system runs all on one. The rooms are not individually heated/cooled. They run the heating/cooling by season. So keep in mind even tho it’s 80 degrees in May. It’s still considered winter in Spain so the heat was running the whole time. It was really hot. The worst thing about this hotel was that there is absolutely sound proofing. It’s in a great location BUT that means people out and about all night. Drunk people are really loud. We had to sleep with the windows open because the room was so hot and we got woken up by screaming drunk people at least 3 times. If you’re a light sleeper this isn’t for you. I am 5’9 not that tall but tall enough my feet were hanging lol Definitely not a 3 star hotel but decent enough. If you know what to expect you get what you pay for. I think you pay for the location not the hotel :/
