As expected
It was a typical chain hotel experience, and the customer service experience by the staff was nothing special or out of the ordinary. I expected better mattress from a Marriott hotel though. There was a nail sticking out of one of the chairs in the room which we asked to be removed and replaced, this took several nights and several reminders to get replaced. It’s a bit far from gothic quarter, but midway between gothic and Gràcia/ Gaudi areas. It’s right next to a trendy mall and close by grocery store which was convenient.

I enjoyed the accommodations and the helpful friendly staff. The locations was great for shopping and using the train. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with mall access
It was a great hotel - spacious rooms and the restaurant wasn't bad either. The main draw is its location and connection to the La I'lla mall.
