Dauro Hotel, Granada
Nice hotel good value, near all the best sites
Great location, helpful staff. Breakfasts are standard (meats, cheeses, yogurts, coffee, tea, croissants, eggs, cereal) but dining area is nice and it is staffed well. Beds were comfortable (memory foam). Valet parking a bit expensive (17euros/day) but well worth not dealing with parking hassles. Overall price point is good. Room overlooked busy street so a bit noisy, but not annoyingly so. Wifi was good.

Great stay
Exactly like photo. Bed was comfortable. Parking car was $16 euros. Breakfast was awesome. Eggs, cheeses, breads, meat, cereal, fruit yogurt, and great coffee and more. Worth the $10. Close to tourist train

The gentleman at the desk when we checked in was courteous and helpful. Can't say the same thing about the lady at the desk in the evening. She didn't like being disturbed when we asked our basic questions about the place. It's unfortunate.

Good location with valet parking.
Valet parking was a bonus, just drive up to the front door, unload your bags and that was that. It's all a bit dated but a nice little hotel. We had a small room with a double bed along with an adequate bathroom. It was quiet too. Our 4 day stay to visit the Alhambra etc went rather well with the location of this hotel being close enough to walk to many restaurants in the area, shops etc as well as get the various buses to the sites. Nice place directly across the road for morning cafe con leche, trendy tapa bar a few steps up from that as well. Tapas capital of the world we were told about Grenada and they were not wrong about that.

We stayed overnight after having visited the El Alhambra. We drove there so luckily valet parking was available (16 euros a night). We had a quiet room facing the back of the hotel where we could see a church bell tower from the window. Bed was comfy and room was spacious. The bathroom was a bit outdated but very clean with nice toiletries (comb, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap). After we checked out, they let us leave the car for a few hours so we could go sightsee. Great delicatessen up the street!
