Friendly front desk staff, very good breakfast. Main lobby area was beautiful & fully renovated however the actual rooms looked outdated. I had to be transferred to another room bc my 1st one smelled of smoke. The new room’s phone didn’t work nor did the iron. The 2nd iron that I was given was old & difficult to use.

Our room had a couple maintenance issues but it didn't affect our stay. Staff was great and very friendly. The kids loved that the indoor pool didn't close until midnight and the 12 PM check out time was nice. The hot portion of the free breakfast was different every day of our stay as well and was great

pleasantly surprised!
it was wonderful! Everyone was so helpful and friendly, the restaurants were fabulous. Loved everything about our stay will stay again at this hotel, a real gem!
